Service Description
This program is more in depth and allows the Auctioneer to speak directly with the best buyers (up to 20 buyers, and at least once, in some cases more than that) pre auction to assure they feel comfortable with the Auction and that they are prepared to bid and in position to buy on the day. Also ensuring they have their finances in place and know how to pay the deposit. The relationship building is critical to clinching the best possible deal on auction day. The second part of the process (also not included in the standard Auction program) is that should the property pass in, that the Auctioneer will assist in the negotiation process. This is something Guy is particularly experienced at, having done this in many auctions over his 27 years in the business. In some cases, the strategy going into the auction is that we pass the property in to allow for negotiation to enable the best price on the day. The pre auction conversations with the auctioneer, is key to this process working, with Guy being able to use some tried and true methods to elevate the price. (we can discuss these strategies in person) It also includes a minimum of 2 phone/zoom calls 1 being the pre auction strategy meeting, and the other a pre auction confirmation 15 minutes prior to the auction. Also to conduct the auction!
Cancellation Policy
If an auction is cancelled within 24 hours of it's booking, then a full cancellation fee is applicable. If cancelled between 24 hours and 14 days prior to the auction then a 50% cancellation fee is applicable. No cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled longer than 2 weeks prior to the auction. If an auction is postponed, no fee is charged, unless I am unable to do the time and day requested and in that case full 100% fee is charged if postponed within 24 hours of the auction, and a 50% fee is applicable if it is postponed 2 weeks prior to the auction. No fee, is charged if the postponement is organised more than 2 weeks prior to the auction. In the case of a 2nd or further postponements, the policy above will apply.
